The short version: Above and Beyond Lawn Services is run by one person — Brady Pirie — here in the Sutherland Shire. The only details we collect are the ones you choose to type into our quote form. We use them to reply to you and sort out your lawn or garden job. We send them to Brady (and into his scheduling tool, Sortscape, via Zapier) so he can get back to you. We never sell your information.

Who we are
This website and the lawn and garden services behind it are operated by Brady Pirie, trading as Above and Beyond Lawn Services — a solo, owner-operated business based in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney, NSW. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", that means Brady and Above and Beyond Lawn Services.
We're a small local business, so this is genuinely just Brady looking after your details — not a big company with a call centre. We take your privacy seriously and aim to handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as a matter of good practice.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us through our quote request form. That's it — no hidden tracking of who you are. Depending on what you fill in, that can include:
- Your name — so Brady knows who he's talking to.
- Your suburb — so we know you're in the area we cover. We do not ask for your full street address through the form.
- Your phone number — the quickest way for Brady to call or text you back.
- Your email address — optional, only if you'd rather we reply by email.
- The service you're after — for example lawn mowing, hedge trimming, garden maintenance, mulching, rubbish removal or pet waste removal.
- How often you'd like it — a one-off visit, fortnightly, or weekly.
- Any notes you add — anything extra you want Brady to know about your yard or the job.
If you reach out another way — for example by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook — we'll naturally have whatever details you share in that conversation, but those are handled by you and those platforms under their own terms.
Why we collect it
We collect your details for one simple reason: to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote or carry out the work you've asked about. Specifically, we use what you give us to:
- Get back to you with a price or to ask any quick follow-up questions.
- Book in and schedule your job at a time that suits you.
- Keep in touch about your lawn or garden service while we're looking after it.
We don't collect your information for marketing lists, and we won't bombard you. If we ever wanted to use your details for anything beyond replying to and servicing your enquiry, we'd ask you first.
How we use & share it
When you send the quote form, your details are passed straight to Brady so he can get back to you. To make that happen reliably, we use a small number of trusted tools:
- Sortscape — Brady's scheduling and job-management tool. Your enquiry is created as a request in Sortscape so it doesn't get lost and your job can be planned.
- Zapier — the connector that securely passes your form details from this website into Sortscape and notifies Brady.
- Cloudflare — this website runs on Cloudflare's hosting and security network, which helps the site load quickly and stay protected.
These providers only handle your details so that we can do our job for you, and only the relevant parts of your enquiry are shared with them. Some of these services may process data outside Australia as part of running their global networks.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information — not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We also won't hand it over to third parties for their own marketing.
The only time we'd disclose your information beyond the above is if we were genuinely required to by law.
Storage & how long we keep it
We keep things lean. This website doesn't run its own customer database — your quote details simply pass through to Brady and into Sortscape, where his customer and job records live.
We hold onto your information only for as long as we genuinely need it — to respond to your enquiry, look after your job, and keep sensible records of work we've done and quotes we've given. When we no longer need your details, we delete or de-identify them.
If you've asked for a quote but decided not to go ahead, just let Brady know and he'll remove your enquiry.
Cookies & analytics
We like to keep this simple. This site doesn't set advertising cookies or follow you around the web.
The main thing running behind the scenes is Cloudflare (including its Turnstile security check), which may use limited, privacy-friendly cookies or signals purely to keep the site secure and working — for example to tell real visitors apart from spam bots. These are about security, not tracking your behaviour for advertising.
If we ever add basic, privacy-respecting visitor analytics, we'll update this page to tell you.
Spam protection
To stop our quote form being flooded by spam bots (and to make sure real enquiries actually reach Brady), we use two simple, behind-the-scenes protections:
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a friendly, privacy-respecting check that confirms you're a real person, without the annoying "click all the traffic lights" puzzles.
- A honeypot field — a hidden field that only automated bots tend to fill in, helping us quietly filter out junk.
These run automatically and don't ask anything extra of you. They exist only to protect the form, not to gather information about you.
Your rights
Your information is yours. At any time you can ask us to:
- Access the details we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
- Delete your details when we no longer need them for your job.
There's no form to fill in and no hoops to jump through — just get in touch with Brady or give him a call, and he'll sort it out. We'll always do our best to help, and if you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
